We are sure you will absolutely LOVE your Femme, however, if you do encounter any issues or are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it.

OUR POLICY

All customers are eligible for a free return for store credit or exchange within our 30-day grace period. First-time customers will be eligible for a complete refund on their first purchase and will only be subject to a small return postage fee.

To submit an exchange request, please contact customercare@femmesocietyofficial.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return. Any items returned without submitting a request will not be able to receive a refund, store credit or exchange so please ensure this is included. Please ensure all returns meet our Returns Requirements below before making a request.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and no signs of wear.

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

1. Must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

2. Must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder.

3. Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

Please note: Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to you.

Final Sale: We cannot accept any returns for sale items. *This does not apply to faulty products.*
